SET RATES & TRANSPARENT PRICING:
To ensure the highest quality service, we begin with an Initial Deep Clean to establish the Jessie Clean standard. Before providing a customized proposal, we’ll assess your home and outline a set rate along with the details of what’s included in your service.
Because every home and client is unique, our Maintenance Subscriptions are tailored to fit your specific needs after the Initial Deep Clean. Pricing is based on service scope, visit frequency, and the time and staffing required to maintain your space. A set rate will be provided for ongoing maintenance sessions.
Deep Cleans start at $550 for *MOST* small apartments and homes, with pricing increasing based on size, condition of the home, and needs.
Maintenance Subscriptions start at $180 per visit, with rates adjusting based on frequency, service scope, and home condition. On average, maintenance pricing is about 1/3 of your Initial Deep Clean rate.
Add on services can be included on an ongoing basis or as needed. Add-ons typically range from $10-$85.
