We primarily use non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning products that are safe for you, your pets, your family and your home. Deep Clean Session starts at 0.35/square foot Market Ready; Move In/ Move Out Sessions starts at 0.45/square foot Declutter/Organization *requires consultation Packing Services *requires consultation Micro-Office Cleaning *requires consultation *** ADD ONs *** Oven Detailing starts at 85/appliance Fridge Detailing starts at 85/appliance Bedding Service 10/bed *no fee for cribs *** MAINTENANCE SUBSCRIPTIONS *** Keep it clean! *Please note* An Initial Deep Clean is required prior to scheduling recurring services. Each home and every client is different. Maintenance Subscriptions are curated on an individual basis. Rates are determined by the scope of service, frequency of sessions, time and staffing needed to complete your maintenance sessions. Our average maintenance subscription falls around 1/3 of your Initial Deep Clean rate. The rate toggles up or down according to service frequency, scope of work and condition of the home.
