Below is a list of what tasks are performed on a regular cleaning. Additional Items and services are also available. If interested in the additional items on your first or recurring clean please ensure to check the boxes provided.

• Vacuum/mop of all hard floor surfaces, vacuum carpeted surfaces
• Dust/vacuum of all baseboards (baseboards are washed on all initial/move in/move out cleans
• Dust blinds with microfiber duster (California shutters will be wiped with damp cloth as needed or upon request), wipe down windowsills
• Spot clean of all kitchen and bathroom cabinets
• Clean patio doors inside and out (outside is weather permitting)
• Thorough clean of all kitchen surfaces, outside of fridge and stove and inside and outside of microwave
• Cleaning of all bathrooms/powder rooms including baseboards
• Dusting including light fixtures and wall plates, surfaces, door frames and picture frames
