Here at Portland Fruit Tree Project, we are now offering comprehensive fruit tree care to expand access to growing and eating fruit in Portland. - OUR SERVICES: - Coaching- A 60-minute guided do-it-yourself coaching session to help your home orchard meet your goals with our fruiting-expert staff. - Full-Service Tree Care- Let us help your trees thrive. We provide fine pruning for your fruiting landscapes by our expert tree care staff. For new clients, this starts with a consultation to be sure our services and your needs are a good match! - A note about our workforce education program: Portland Fruit Tree Project has developed a workforce training program to pass the valuable skills of fruit tree pruning and care on to young people entering the workforce, as well as existing professionals, with a focus on BIPOC individuals. All extra instructional time on the part of the lead arborist will be accounted for and you will not be charged for any labor the apprentice performs. Please consider the importance of fostering an inclusive environment where our participants can feel safe and respected as tradespeople.
