(Free of Charge) (Multiple quotes will not be submitted so please have a clear idea after meeting with the representative during their visit as to what you would like.) -To request for maintenance, trouble calls, or repairs please select the options below After you submit your request, a Team Member will contact you within 24 Hrs. of submission. -Please note that our technician service hours are from 7:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday. -Anything after 4:00pm on weekdays and Saturdays are considered overtime and will be billed accordingly. -Any service calls on Sundays are double time and will be billed accordingly. -All Maintenance, Trouble Calls, and Repairs are subject to a 1 hour minimum service charge that will NOT be applied towards the cost of any approved repairs.
