Here’s what happens next: Initial Contact – Once we receive your information, our team will reach out within 24 hours to gather any additional details and provide more information about our services. Home Assessment – Please text photos or a video of your home to our team at 519-551-7741 to help us assess your cleaning needs. Quote Approval & Deposit – Approve your quote and pay a 50% deposit (based on the lowest end of the estimate range). The deposit must be paid via credit card at the time of booking. Your card will be manually charged upon completion of the deep cleaning service. Our team will provide updates at key points during the cleaning (1 hour in, at the halfway mark, and 1 hour before completion) to ensure clear communication, especially if adjustments to the estimate are needed. Scheduling Your Cleaning – Once your quote is approved, we will contact you within 24 hours or less to provide available dates. (Current booking availability is typically 1-3 weeks out.) Our deep cleaning teams consist of 2-4 professionals to ensure efficient and thorough service. Preparation – Follow our Deep Clean Prep Checklist to maximize the results of your cleaning.
