Our fees for Estimate, Complex Job Assessment, Verbal Tree Risk Assessment, and Consultation services now vary depending on the geographical location. Here is a brief explanation of the differences between Estimates, Complex Job Assessments, and Consultations: - Estimates are suitable for clients who have a clear idea of the work they need, such as specific tree pruning or removal requests. Please come prepared with details on how you would like the materials handled. Our site visit for estimates typically lasts around 15 minutes. - Complex Assessments are tailored for larger projects. Kindly contact us to discuss your requirements so we can allocate an appropriate amount of time. - Consultations, Verbal Level 1 Risk Assessments, and Visual Tree Inspections (ground-based) are standalone services where we provide expert advice and recommendations on tree health, condition, or potential risks. Our aim is to address your queries in an impartial manner, without any sales pressure, to help you make informed decisions about your trees. Common questions during consultations include: - Is my tree safe? - Is my tree unhealthy? - What is the best way to care for my tree(s)? During these appointments, you will have the opportunity to meet with the business owner, an ISA Board Certified Master Arborist, and Qualified Tree Risk Assessor.
