Prepaid Service Rates & Repair Policy Prepaid rates offer a discounted price for scheduling in advance, ensuring availability and avoiding last-minute rush fees. Repairs: Our technicians are authorized to complete necessary repairs up to $250 without prior approval. If repairs exceed this amount, a detailed quote will be provided, and the job may need to be rescheduled. Backflow Testing: Prices exclude parts and extra repair time. A retest fee applies if the backflow fails. Additional labor charges apply after 15 minutes. Sprinkler Start-Ups: Includes adjusting heads, syncing the system with the timer, evaluating/replacing heads (parts not included), and turning on water. Repairs up to $250 will be completed during the start-up before a quote is provided. Additional labor charges apply after 15 minutes. Winterization: Covers up to 9 zones.
