*Please note if this is a request for service on a piece of equipment or a system that has been installed over 12 months or damaged; there will be a fee charged for the requested service, unless a service & repair agreement is in affect. All service request will be billed a two hour minimum per call for the initial visit which includes the technicians’ drive time and first hour of service and a non prorated hourly fee thereafter.
