Thank you for contacting Budd's Plumbing and trusting us with your homes plumbing needs. The steps after this form is completed are the following: 1. We will contact you with our next availability via text message or phone call. 2. If you are a new customer, we will send you a form via text to gather your credit card info. This form is to be completed and summited before your appointment will be confirmed. - Once form is submitted: 3. We will confirm your appointment via text. Confirming date and approximate time of arrival. 4. One of our technicians will arrival to the property to asses the task at hand. We do have a minimum of $180 + tax for all services. If the task at hand will exceed this minimum, a quote will be provide before any work is to be performed. 5. No charges will be made nor work performed without your approval and a signed quote. -We do ask you or a representative is either present or available via text during our visit. At the time of our visit as mentioned a quote will be provided and will need approval before any work is performed. Due to scheduling we ask you review your quote within 10-15 minutes of receiving. If a response is not received with in this time frame. We will move on and your service, if approved will be rescheduled at our next available opening. Thanks again!
